These conditions apply to the use of all websites created or owned by Château de Chanxhe, whose full contact details appear on the « contact » page.

The term user refers to any person accessing the Sites. By using the Sites, the User unconditionally accepts these Conditions. If refused, the User must refrain from using the Sites. In case of non-compliance, Château de Chanxhe reserves the right to deny access.

Château de Chanxhe reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check them regularly.

Use of the Sites is in principle free. To use certain features, the User may need to register and/or create access credentials. Château de Chanxhe grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download site content solely for display on a single computer. This licence may be revoked at any time. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. In case of abuse, Château de Chanxhe reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's access without prior notice.

All copyright, trademarks, patents and intellectual property rights applicable to the Sites belong to Château de Chanxhe at all times. Texts, layouts, designs, photos, films, graphics and other elements are protected by copyright. Copying, adapting, translating, publicly communicating or otherwise exploiting any part of the Sites is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Any infringement may result in civil or criminal proceedings.

The names, logos and other signs used on these Sites are legally protected trademarks and/or trade names. Any use of these or similar signs is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Château de Chanxhe.

Château de Chanxhe will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Sites. Unless there is wilful misconduct or mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, Château de Chanxhe disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from: (1) the content of the Sites; (2) the use made of the Sites; (3) the security of the Sites (viruses, errors or fraud); (4) the accessibility or availability of the Sites. Where liability is incurred, it is limited to €100.00.

Château de Chanxhe is committed to complying with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 (GDPR). Data collected (name, address, phone, email) is used for contract performance, customer management, accounting and direct marketing. Data will only be shared with subcontractors and third parties to the extent necessary and is retained for 7 years.

User rights:

— Right of rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
— Right to restriction: request a restriction on the processing of your data.
— Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions).
— Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
— Right to complain: lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

The Site may include links to other websites. As Château de Chanxhe cannot control these sites, it cannot be held responsible for their availability, content, products, services or any damage resulting from their use.

By doing so, they grant Château de Chanxhe explicit permission to reproduce their Contributions online without time limit and without financial compensation. Belgian law applies to the Sites. The courts of the judicial district of Château de Chanxhe's registered office have sole jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the use of the Sites.
